Exchange Policy
At Karmoni Dolls, we are committed to providing high-quality shapewear. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges only on eligible items.
7-Day Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
- Be unworn, unused and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, lotions, pet hair or any marks.
- Include proof of purchase.
To request an exchange, please email info@karmonidollsau.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item and the shipping cost for the replacement item unless the exchange is due to our error.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Bras
- Underwear and panties
- Worn or washed shapewear
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement if appropriate.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or personal preference.
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a major fault or cannot be repaired or replaced, you may be entitled to a remedy as provided by law.
